Reservations can be made up to one year in advance for campsites, cabins, pavilions, and bunk house.

Cabins: Check-in on day of arrival is 3:00PM and Check-out on day of departure is 11:00AM sharp. Others will be coming in behind you with reservations.

Require a two-night minimum. Holiday (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day) require a 3-night minimum.

We respectfully request that guests bring their own sleeping bag and/or sheets for cabins that include lofts and/or futons. Bedding is provided for queen-size beds in all cabins.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment in full must be made at the time the reservation is made.

Cabins: CREDIT CARD ONLY. NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Camping and Pavilions: CREDIT CARD ONLINE, or CREDIT CARD, CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED IN PERSON.

Cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival will be given camp credit with an expiration date of one year from date of cancellation.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and not eligible for camp credit.

No Smoking Allowed in Cabins

(This may incur an additional cleaning charge!)

There is a $20 per stay non-refundable pet fee. This fee helps us cover the cost of deep cleaning the cabin in preparation for our next guest. Fines may be incurred retroactively for non-registered pets at the sole discretion of Lake Carl Blackwell management.

Customer must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check into a cabin.

Customer must provide current driver license or state ID when checking in. Only the person making reservation may check in.

All rentals are “Good Housekeeping”. They are clean when you check in, and we ask they are that way when you vacate.

Camping: Check-in on day of arrival is 3:00PM and Check-out on day of departure is 12:00PM sharp. Others will be coming in behind you with reservations.

Pine Grove RV: This is a weekly campground. Reservations must begin on a Monday (Check in) and end on a Monday (Check out).

What is Camp Credit?

Camp Credit is defined as credit to be used for a future stay for any location within Lake Carl Blackwell for a period of one year from date of cancellation NOT date of reservation.

If you are already staying in an RV or Tent site at Lake Carl Blackwell, there will be NO Camp Credit given due to the discomforts or perceived discomforts of nature. The fun continues, rain or shine! Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Lake Carl Blackwell management.

Guest Maximum:

LCB cabins provide sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people in each of the cabins. The following number is the maximum number allowed to stay the night in each cabin:

Cabin 4 - Maximum 4 people
Cabin 9 - Maximum 4 people
Cabin 10 - Maximum 4 people
Cabin 13 - Maximum 4 people
Cabin 15 - Maximum 4 people
Cabin 16 - Maximum 4 people
Cabin 12 - Maximum 4 people
Cabin 18 - Maximum 4 people
Cabin 00 - Maximum 4 people
Bunkhouse - Maximum 16 people

Reservation requirements:

Sunday - Thursday is a two night minimum
Friday - Saturday is a two night minimum
Two night minimum can be either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.

Holidays

Holiday are designated annually

Three night minimum:

Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Maximum stay is seven nights
Maid service and linen change provided only for stays longer than 4 nights.

Cabins must be cleaned up prior to checking out. Damage or theft will be charged to the customer.

Additional information:

Each cabin comes with two vehicle permits. Additional vehicle permits can be purchased for $5.00/night. Any lake vessels will need to have a lake permit. Boats and personal water crafts are $10.00 per boat per night. These can be purchased at time of check in.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. There are no refunds if asked to leave the park due to quiet hour violation.
Check in time is 3:00PM. (Early check in is only allowed with prior approval and availability.) Late check in is available, after park office closes, with prior notification to park office. All check in is done at the park office. Check out time is 12:00PM. Keys must be returned to the park office by this time. There will be a $100 charge for lost key.
No tents or RV's are allowed in yards or on cabin area property.

Cabin 4
This unit is a one-room cabin with a kitchenette, queen size bed, and a twin over a full bunk bed.

Two Lake Carl Blackwell access permits are provided at no extra cost. Guest must purchase any necessary vessel (Boats, PWC, Golf Cart ) permits at check-in time.

This cabin is the only cabin with a full kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Bunk House
Our Bunk House at Lake Carl Blackwell features sleeping for up to 16 people. (4 four-unit bunk beds) The Bunk House is located adjacent to our lake Side Store and very near our boat ramp. Please note that customers must bring their own shower towels, sleeping bags, or linens as well as a pillow for the beds. These are single beds on top and bottom with a full sized bed in the middle. They are bunk style beds so 4 of these beds are elevated. Cups, Plates, Silverware and kitchen items are provided.
