Permit sales begin July 1, 2024 at the Lake Carl Blackwell Park Office and/or online.
Season runs from July 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025

Annual Pass Discount for OSU Employees
Come experience America's Brightest Orange at Oklahoma State University's Lake Carl Blackwell! Did you know that, as an OSU student, or employee you can purchase an annual vehicle park pass for $25 per year? For the price of just 5 day passes, this gives you access to shore fishing, hiking/cycling/running our trails, beach time and picnicking. Permits will be ready to purchase from July 1, 2024!
So, if you’d like to join our community and enjoy relaxation and recreating, you can purchase an annual permit by going to the OSU Parking Portal, log in with your OKEY, go to Get Permits and on the Select Permit and Permit Agreement screen scroll down to LCB Park Permit and follow the instructions. Your pass will be ready to pick up at our Lake Park Office within 48 hours.

Lake Carl Blackwell Daily Permits
Day passes may be purchased from the office, booth or honor-box.
Booth and honor-box can only accept cash and only sell daily passes.
Permits expire at 10pm.
