Larger Nightly Cabins

Reservation requirements:

Maximum stay is 14 nights.

Housekeeping service and linen change provided only for stays longer than 4 nights. 

Cabins must be cleaned up prior to checking out. Damage or theft will be charged to the customer.

Additional information:

Each cabin comes with two vehicle permits. Additional vehicle permits can be purchased for $5.00 per night. Any lake vessels will need to have a lake permit. Boats and personal watercraft are $10.00 per vessel per night. Golf carts are also $10.00 per night. These can be purchased at time of check in.

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There are no refunds if asked to leave the park due to quiet hour violation.

No tents or RV's are allowed in yards or on cabin area property.

 

Sleeping Accommodations:

The cabins provide sleeping accommodations as follows:

Cabin 00, 4, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 18 - maximum 4 people each

Bunkhouse - maximum 16 people

We respectfully request that guests bring their own sleeping bag and/or sheets for cabins that include lofts and/or futons. Bedding is provided for queen-size beds in all cabins.

 

No Smoking Allowed in Cabins

(This may incur an additional cleaning charge!) 
There is a $20 per stay non-refundable pet fee.

This fee helps us cover the cost of deep cleaning the cabin in preparation for our next guest.

Fines may be incurred retroactively for non-registered pets at the sole discretion of Lake Carl Blackwell management.
Customer must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check into a cabin.
Customer must provide current driver license or state ID when checking in.

Only the person making reservation may check in.
All rentals are “Good Housekeeping”. They are clean when you check in, and we ask they are that way when you vacate.

Reservations can be made up to one year in advance for campsites, cabins, pavilions, and bunk house.
Cabins: Check-in on day of arrival is 3:00PM and Check-out on day of departure is 11:00AM sharp.  Others will be coming in behind you with reservations.
Require a two-night minimum. Holiday (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day) require a 3-night minimum. 

 

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment in full must be made at the time the reservation is made.

 

CREDIT CARD ONLY. NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and not eligible for camp credit.
