Reservation Policy

2 night stay minimum
Holidays 3 night stay minimum
Maximum stay 2 weeks / 14 days
Housekeeping service and linen change provided only for stays longer than 4 nights.
Check out procedures must completed upon check out.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE CABINS! (failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning charge!)
NO TENTS OR RVS ALLOWED IN YARDS OR CABIN VILLAGE.
Check-in is 3:00pm. (Early Check-in only allowed with prior approval and availability)
Late Check-in is available, after park closes, with prior notification to Park Office. ALL CHECK-INS ARE DONE AT THE LCB PARK OFFICE.
Check-out is 11:00am (NO EXCEPTIONS/NO LATE CHECK OUT)
Keys must be returned to Park Office upon Check-out. $100 FEE FOR LOST KEYS!
Each cabin comes with 2 vehicle permits. Additional vehicle permits can be purchased for $5.00/per night.
Any lake vessels will need to have a lake permit. Boats and PWC’s are $10.00/per night. These can be purchased at the time of check-in.
Quiet Hours are enforced from 10:00pm-7:00am. There are NO REFUNDS if asked to leave the park due to quiet hours violation.
OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY.
Customer must be 21 or older to reserve.
Payment in full must be made with credit card at the time of reservation. NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED!
Cancellations made prior to 7 days will be issued a camp credit which expires one year from cancellation day.
NO REFUND issued within 7 days of reservation.
